Fast Fermented Soybean Paste Stew
Thursday dinner. Made it as my daughter suggested it yesterday. How grateful I am to get any suggestion for the dinner for the next day. Fast fermented soybean paste are cooked in Kimchi soup with some pork chunks. Diced Tofu are slipped in enough to cover the soup. The fast fermented soybean paste looks and tastes like soybean paste but it is different from the soybean paste. It is known that this fast fermented soybean paste is highly nutritious and easier to digest than the soybean paste. Because of its peculiar taste, it does not appeal to everyone, but it does to my family!
