Most Korean BBQ table has
- the meat : pork or beef are most common meat for Korean BBQ
- vegetables for grilling: onions,mushrooms or capsicums for grilling with meat.
- vegetables for wrapping: lettuce for wrapping rice, grilled meat and some vegetables.
- sesame oil dip: salt and pepper are mixed with sesame oil for dipping the grilled meat
- soybean paste sauce: soybean paste, red chilli paste and a pinch of sugar are combined for the sauce for wrapping rice, grilled meat and vegetable.
- other things: Bap(cooked rice), vegetables for nibbles, Kimchi, soybean paste stew.
