Tuesday dinner. I had some Kimchi soup left-over from yesterday. I usually make this dish whenever I have Kimchi soup left-over. I took out Kimchi soup, tofu, soy bean sprouts, ham, sausage and any noodle you like. What a renovation! For this dish I always put some soybean sprouts as it tastes a bit fatty for me and the soybean sprouts clears the fatty flavour from the ham and sausage.
