Hoki Fillet with Soy Sauce and Wasabi
Saturday dinner. Made it for my daughter. She has been working hard to finish her art assignment and sometimes she had only two or three sleep. At last she handed out the assignment so we needed to celebrate it! I made Hoki( a kind of cod family) fillet and set out soy sauce and Wasabi. Also bought a bottle of grape juice and celebrate! Well done Jane! Proud of you!
