Friday dinner. Just pan fried Spanish mackerel in a frying pan with a few drops of oil. My cooking should be special no matter how simple to make it so here we are. Jazz it up with soy sauce and Wasabi! The soup is made of just potato, water and salt, which is one of my favourite soup.
