Rice Cake with Red Beans
Wednesday. I make this rice cake sometimes as I can make it in the oven and so easy to make. It needs basically sticky rice flour, water and sugar. And I put any nuts or beans I like. I made it hoping I could leave some of them and pack for lunch box tomorrow and the day after tomorrow for my kids. I don't think they will last that long but still hoping!
