Rice Salad with Seasoned Vegetables


Thursday dinner. Fried carrots, lettuce are sit on top of Bap(cooked rice) with fried egg and red chili paste. The brownish vegetable is called 'ko-ku-ma-jul-ki(고 구마줄기)', which means stems of sweet potato. It is sold in dried form at any Korean shop. After buying the dried stems of sweet potato just boil it until smooth and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil and roasted sesame seeds. You can stir-fry them for your liking.
