Seafood Noodle Soup(해물칼제비)

Seafood Noodle Soup


Monday Dinner. Cooked mussels, scallop, vegetables and noodles are dropped into the soup made of mussel juice, salt and water. Two kind of noodles are used in this dish. One is made at home into bite sizes from a simple dough made of flour, salt and water. The other noodles are wide noodles called 'kal-kuk-su(칼국수)'. This kind of noodle is usually used for any noodle soup.
