Hot Pork Stir-fry
Stir-fried Pork-belly tossed with red chili paste
Tuesday dinner
. Pork cut into bite size are stir-fried with vegetables such as carrots, onions, spring onions, garlic, etc. Red chili paste are mixed in to make the hot flavour.
