Capsicum Pickles

Capsicum and Cabbage Pickles


Tuesday. Diced capsicums are soaked in the pickle base of water, sugar, vinegar and salt. It will be ready to eat within three days. I made also cabbage pickles with this pickle base and you can make any pickle with this pickle base. The pickles can be used as sandwich ingredients, salads or side dishes.
