Crab Sticks and Soybean Sprouts Salad


Monday dinner. I have been feeling like something fresh and revolting because I have had enough Winter foods, which include lots of Kimchi and meat. Then suddenly I remembered this dish. My mother in law once made it and I loved the fresh taste. I thought my family would love it too! Cooked soybean sprouts and crab sticks(imitated crab meat) are plunged into the sauce made of vinegar, sugar, water and a pinch of salt. Within a minute it was gone!
