Lemon Syrup Cake
Tuesday afternoon tea. Made if for afternoon tea for my kids. When they come home after school they are more than happy when they see cakes or cookies sitting on the table. I can imagine how happy they will be and it makes me smile! Today I poured lemon syrup after baking to make it moist as I usually don't like the soggy texture of cakes and it worked just perfect!
