Braised Beef Ribs


Saturday dinner. Beef ribs are marinated with soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, pepper and garlic the the night before it is served. Then the next day the marinated beef ribs are cooked at low medium heat around for one hour and carrots are mixed in. This dish is supposed to be very tender. but to be honest it wasn't soft enough as I didn't cook it slow enough. But the taste was good and my family still loved it even though they kept complaining the toothsome texture of the beef ribs! Oh, well!
