Seafood Pan Cake(해물부침게)

Seafood and Vegetables Pan Cake


Friday dinner. Squid, scallop , potato, carrots and spring onions are mixed in the simple batter made of flour, salt and water. The batter should be like crepe batter. Served with the soy sauce dip. This dish can be served for tea or dinner with Bap(cooked rice) and side dishes.
