Chocolate Cake
Wednesday desserts. Got some sour cream and it had to be gone. I thought of making cheesecake but it tasted a bit fatty for me when I made it last time. So today I made chocolate cake. When my son saw this cake he asked if it was cake, brownie or fudge. Fair enough because the texture was like brownie as I fluffed the egg whites to make it spongy and cut it like fudge! How funny! Still yum!
