Rice Cake Soup with Dumplings

Tuesday dinner. Rice cake slices are cooked in beef stock and seasoned with salt. To decorate seaweed crumbs, egg yolk stripes and egg white striped are topped. Any dumplings can be added in. Beautiful and yum!
