Beef Steak with Mushrooms and Broccoli
Sunday dinner. Today was Father's day in New Zealand. I told my kids to cook something for Daddy but my daughter said she was too busy and my son said he was too little to cook. I was going to get mad at them but I just took a deep breath and cooked this dish. Anyway they loved the steak and the gravy I made with steak juice, mushrooms,milk and a pinch of salt and a drop of red wine. Kids, you owe me a father's day, OK?
