Hoki Fillet Pan-fry coated with Egg
Friday dinner. I wasn't well so I didn't want to cook. I told my son that I wasn't going to cook tonight. Guess what he said! 'Mummy, if someone else cooks dinner it gets too simple and I get hungry too quickly!' I couldn't help laughing and woke up! I pan fried Hoki fillet that I kept in the freezer! My son wouldn't get hungry too quickly tonight!
