Beansprout Rice Salad


Sunday dinner. Cooked soybean sprouts are topped on Bap(cooked rice) and enjoyed with soy sauce or red chili paste. It can be served with sesame oil for your preference.  It is my favourite easy and quick dish and it is nutritious enough for dinner and I usually prepare lots of vegetables for nibbles along side this dish. The vegetables can be enjoyed with just dipping in the red chili paste or soybean paste. I usually serve rice wafers after finishing this dish.
