Rice Wafer

Rice Wafer


Sunday dinner. It used to be the best snack when I was little. The plain and crispy taste brings all the memory from the childhood when my family had meals together with joys! To make you move all the cooked rice into another bowl after cooking rice in a pot and leave the bits stuck in the bottom of the pot. Then put the pot on the stove in a lower medium heat for 5 minutes and the bits from the bottom will be come off. That makes rice wafers.
