Chives on Rice(부추된장비빔밥)

Chives on Rice with Soybean Paste Stew

  
Tuesday dinner. Fresh chives are topped on Bap(cooked rice) with Tofu soybean paste stew. Dishes made from chives are regarded as one of the dishes to be eaten in the beginning of Spring to stimulate the appetite in the Spring after the long Winter in Korean.
