Red Beans Porridge(팥죽)

Red Beans Porridge


Tuesday afternoon tea. Cooked red beans are blended and then boiled with some water. Then sweet rice powder is mixed in the red bean soup. Make rice balls from sweet rice powder and they are slipped in the boiling water and the balls are floating when cooked. The cooked rice balls are sit on the porridge.
