Roasted Sesame Seeds(볶은깨)

Roasted Sesame Seeds


Roast sesame seeds until brown. I do it in an old deep frying pan as it gets quite hot and it might get burnt a bit. Korean people use roasted sesame seeds as we believe it gives the sesame seeds more flavour than the raw seeds. Use it for any seasoning or decoration.
